Lead Social Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to Conduct and delivering standard and custom social media reports, hosting discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand the business need and translating this into constructed queries that will monitor the social conversation for internal teams as well as competitive brands, programs, products, marketing campaigns, on dive and events.
  • Accountable to dive deep into the data to uncover drivers of social buzz, then translate the data into a compelling story and deciphering what is important, meaningful data and then communicating the concise story in a way that allows the business to make decisions based on diving into the reports.
  • Require monitoring queries, social conversation for internal client teams as well as competitive brands, Influencers.
  • Ensure to leverage social technology to react and respond to topics or specific posts made by users/customers on social networks whilst ensuring brand reputation.
  • Enhance social engagement on new product launch, campaign launch, crisis management, conference monitoring.
  • Closely work with social platforms to track, monitor, and delete content that may harm the brand image of the Company.
  • Responsible to implement social analysis for campaigns/events and presenting insights and advice on actions to take from an optimizations standpoint.
  • Adhere to Global Social Listening collaboration requirements including upkeep of shared calendars and the storage of report agreement documents and delivered reports.

 

Requirements

  • Having a bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Computer Science, Information technology or Human-Computer Interaction or related educational concentration would be an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience pulling data from social media listening/analytics tools such as Talkwalker/Brand24/ Sprinklr/Google Trends/Sprout Social etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years professional experience in marketing/business analytics, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or segmentation experience setting.
