Lead Digital Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and overseeing all digital marketing campaigns to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
  • Plan and designate resources, manage budgets monitor progress, ensure quality assurance, and keep stakeholders informed on all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Maintains online marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Develops online marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Brand Management and Business Units to increase synergies through cohesive strategies.
  • Accountable for KPIs for all digital campaigns, end to end campaign design, implementation, optimization, measurements/ROI, and reporting.
  • Responsible for establishing, monitoring, and optimizing agency/vendor relationships.
  • Work closely with BM & BU in developing digital campaign plans based on brief – proposal to specify key insights, trends, proposalsTG, target KPIs, budgets and duration of campaign.
  • Liaising with partners like Google & Facebook on industry first innovations, training, and workshops, etc.
  • Prepare the digital marketing budget with the Head of Online Marketing.
  • Responsible for budget management across multiple digital channels and budget utilization.
     

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 to 8 Years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Analytics, SEO, SEM.
  • Having an MBA professional qualification in marketing (CIM/SLIM)/, Degree in marketing, business management or IT would be advantageous.
  • Google AdWords Certified, Facebook Blueprint Certified would be an added advantage.
