Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Onboard influencers and educate them about the requirements to leverage their performance. 
  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns 
  • Track competitors and devise strategies accordingly. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users 
  • Keep up to date of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers 
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes 
  • Provide recommendations to the product/ops team based on interactions. 
  • Good negotiation skills to discuss and close commercials with influencers 
  • Develop and execute a robust influencer marketing strategy across performance, awareness, and retention 
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels 
  • Responsible to analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement 
  • Evaluate data and prepare actionable reports, monitor their performance, and collect feedback to strengthen campaign delivery and product. 
  • Responsible to manage the different campaigns of the brand, an influencer marketing manager must keep up with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community 
  • Require to be an expert on the latest social media and influencer trends and tools, providing recommendations on new channels to test and developing new ways of partnering with influencers 

Requirements

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications public relations or similar field would be an added advantage 
  • In depth knowledge of digital media marketing industry 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
